My paintings are inspired by the landscapes around me, capturing the beauty of local trees, forests, water, rocks, and skies. I work in a loose, colorful, and slightly abstract style, using heavy-bodied acrylic paints to create whimsical and atmospheric scenes. The way sunlight plays on leaves, water, and branches fills me with awe, and I want my work to invite viewers to see and feel that same natural wonder. Whether painting a single tree or a vast forest, my goal is to reveal the true magic and beauty of nature’s everyday moments.

I am a self-taught artist based in British Columbia, Canada, specializing in vibrant landscape paintings drawn from my surroundings in places like Tofino, Whistler, North Vancouver, and Abbotsford. Art has been a lifelong passion—growing up, I spent much of my time drawing wild animals and developing my skills. I enjoy creating across mediums, from cement sculptures of whimsical fairy houses to colorful acrylic landscapes that celebrate the beauty of nature.

Though I am early in my public art career, I have exhibited my work at local art fairs and markets for several years. I continue to grow and refine my craft by taking courses from well-known artists I admire through online platforms. My work aims to share the stunning landscapes of my 'provincial backyard' and inspire others to appreciate the extraordinary beauty all around us.

I hope you enjoy my works.
